Which is a Good Home Business to Choose? And Why?
One of the biggest industries that has sprung up over the last 10 years on the Internet is the Home Business Industry. Every day people are searching for their 'financial' paradise where they can earn pots of money and never have to leave the house. The sad fact is that most of these people will just end up even more broke and disenchanted, in fact the average percentage of failures in home business opportunities is approximate 97%. Below are some of the various reasons this figure is so catastrophically high.
Most business opportunities online are there to make money, this is the key point; they are there to make money and NOT make you money. They do not have proper guidance and structures in place to help the novice even understand what is needed to succeed in a business online or off. These are not businesses for people with no experience to join and novices or 'newbies' should avoid these opportunities or they will simply make someone else some money and they'll have given up inside a month at best , thoroughly deflated and disillusioned. This leads to the out and out scams out there. There are plenty of these about and they will just take the poor opportunity searcher's money and disappear with the money. Unfortunately there are plenty of these about and really it's the responsibility of the business opportunity seeker to check out each program they come across very carefully and research properly into each one before committing any funds.
A good way of checking something out would be to type "business opportunity name" and "review" or "scam" into a search engine. You have to be aware that some comments you may come across will be "over-negative" especially if the person has already had bad experiences before. Always try to find out if any reviewer has actually been involved in the business you are involved in before taking their comments at face value. There are plenty of people out there, especially in forums who just like to knock everything, regardless of whether they actually tried it or not.. Just be objective. But I if something is obviously a scam from ALL the comments you read then you'll know to stay away.
Unfortunately there are a lot of naive or green people out there who all too easily go starry eyed at the dazzling sales copy and pictures of mansions and luxury cars that the average home based business always employ as the big carrot to suck you in. Most actually believe that once they get their own sales page that's it! They start to make money immediately. If you ever find one of these that works PLEASE let me know (contact details below) but I'll tell you something, I wouldn't like to hold my head under water whilst I wait! Your web page given to you by the Company is very much like a corner shop stuck in the middle of the Antarctic. Nobody will ever see it and if nobody sees it then you don't sell anything, simple as that. So you ask, how do we get people to see it? Well forget the search engines, hundreds if not thousands of identical pages on the same server is the biggest red flag you could ever wave at that old bull, Google. You will need to learn other ways of promoting your site and maybe spend more money to get this done. See how far away we are now from the 'sit back and watch the money' mentality already?
Who wants a garage full of pills and water additives? When your garage is full who still wants to receive more of the stuff because they have to if they want to remain in the program? The point I am getting at here is that you should always look carefully at the product that the system is selling apart from the opportunity. Too many folk are dazzled by the promise of riches and the heavenly life they are going to get that they neglect to look too closely at the products they are going to be trying to promote. Another fact is that we cannot all be great salesmen. You can bet your bottom dollar that the high figure earners in any company ARE natural salesmen (as well as good business people and hard workers..) but we're not all Great on the phone. It's easier to sell a low ticket item than a high ticket item isn't it? Possibly, but you are going to have to sell a LOT of them to make a living and you are probably never going to get rich. Your visitor to your web site has a cost in either time or cash and I'd rather sell him a $1000 item than a $29.99 item any day. Have you started your online business opportunity so you can have another full time job or because you want to make some serious money and eventually do it part time?
There are some very good reasons why many home-based businesses will fail. Make sure you research any business opportunity thoroughly and always check to see if you are going to get any kind of support and help from above. This will separate the good opportunities from the ones you are bound to fail in if you're inexperienced in online businesses. Get out of the idea that it's going to be easy, or a 'no work' opportunity. This is just not going to happen so try to get under a leader who can guide you properly.
